Shopping Is Stressful AF, but not if you are a BetchShop Betches @ 2016-11-28 13:27:11 -0500
Shopping is supposed to be zen af, not stressful af. And whoever thinks money doesn’t buy happiness clearly has not been shopping at the right places or on shopbetches.com. If you listen to our advice (I mean, why wouldn't you?) you’ll be the happiest betch of them all.
1. Squad Up
When you bring your fav gals, make sure they are the honest af and aren’t scared to tell you when you need to lose 3 lbs. I mean, you wouldn’t buy a skirt without asking your friends if it looks good on you, right? A friend can also help you save money. How many times have you heard your Main Betch say that you don’t need something and you agree? A trillion! Thanks betch! You can also make them your photographer in chic dressing rooms.
2. Online Shopping
Ok, well ShopBetches.com is conveniently an online store, so you can start there. It’s also frowned upon to be in a store with no bra, pants, and a glass of wine. So you might as well stay home and shop online, fucking duh. You'll find free shipping the majority of the time and another reason to live for another 3-5 business days.
3. On Mondays, We Shop.
Mondays are more likely to have sales than any other day of the week. Think about it! Cyber Monday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day all land on a Monday. ALSO, stores always get new shipments on Mondays, so you’ll be the one with the best shit first. Who knew there would be a bright side to a fucking Monday!
4. Budget, even though it sucks.
Keeping a lock down on your credit card is hard af, you might as well literally freeze it in your freezer. But if you make a list of the trends you need to shop for Ex: Velvet shoes, you’ll be less stressed and will be in the right direction.
5. Always look really pretty 24/7
As a young betch, my mom always told me to look really pretty 24/7…. Especially when I’m shopping. Sale associates are more likely to climb to the highest rack in the back for you if you look amazeballs, especially if they work on commission. They may even tell you secrets, like when the next sale or shipment is. And if you go to Sephora with flawless makeup, they will treat you so much better and will give you free samples of great shit. If you can, ball out and spend 1000$ in a year at Sephora, it's easier than it looks. Once you spend 1000$ you become a VIB Rouge and you'll get your makeup done whenever you want for free.
