Please allow up to 6-10 business days for shipping within the US. Please allow up to 15-18 business days for shipping in Canada. We do not currently have any other international shipping options.
I am ordering internationally to Canada. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the order has shipped out from our warehouse it can take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. Be sure to check with your local post office/customs on a regular basis (there is a chance they are holding onto it because you owe a duty or tax on the package). If you do not receive your package within 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
I typed in the wrong address/zip code, how do I correct that?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you have typed an incorrect address. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily make the change.
What do I do if I received an out of stock email?
Please respond to the email with a replacement item of equal value for the out of stock item.
I did not receive an email confirmation with my order number, why is this?
It’s possible that the confirmation email was sent to your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email us at email@example.com so we can confirm and make any updates necessary.

What's Your Policy On Exchanges & Returns?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Shop Betches order!
Items purchased from Shop Betches are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns of items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Unfortunately at this time, this does not include beauty products, swimwear, throw pillows, phone cases, robes, and all custom/made-to-order items. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked as FINAL SALE, in which case they are also not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style. please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your exchange be placed on hold while we await your package. Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse we will send you the new item(s) with complimentary shipping.
If you want to cancel an order you have placed, please email us at email@example.com (with your order number!). If your order has already being marked as fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation, please note it cannot be cancelled, and you must refer to your return policy.
